By creating an account or using PrepPlatform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to consent under your local law.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service. During proctored timed tests, leaving the test window is treated as a violation and may temporarily lock timed tests on your account.
Subscriptions, credits & payments
Some features use AI credits. Paid plans are billed via bKash on a manual monthly basis. Credits and access are granted only after payment is confirmed. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
AI content
Explanations and essay scores are generated by AI and may contain errors. They are study aids, not guarantees of exam performance or official scores.
Termination & changes
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, and may update the service or these terms over time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
